Others have us transcribe over the phone. While still others have us pull
down computer files or transcribe Webcasts through the Internet.
We transcribe from any source, audio, video or digital media. Whatever you
need transcribed, we'll figure out a way to do it.

Company magazine. Financial transcription for Pioneer
Investments and Liberty Funds. High-tech
transcription for DH Brown and
Primavera Systems. Academic transcription for

Institute. Medical transcription for Virtual Factory and Medacorp. And we
do legal transcription for a number of legal firms across the country.
Although we do all kinds of transcription, we are unique in that we specialize
in business, financial, high-tech and technical terminology, which brings
us a lot of work that traditional transcription companies won't touch. Many
of our staff members come from the business and high-tech worlds, and we
do extensive research and training to keep our transcriptionists up to date
on the latest terms used in those fields. We also have medical transcriptionists
and legal secretaries on staff to handle those fields as well.
Because we are driven to produce a quality product,
Fantastic Transcripts has developed a two-pass
system that has a second transcriptionist go over the work of the first
transcriptionist to catch any errors and fill in any inaudibles that can
be filled in. Our in-house testing indicates that our transcripts are 90%
more accurate than transcripts done in a single-pass system that most companies
use.
Additionally, one of our managers looks over the transcript for a final time,
looking to spot any errors that slipped past our transcriptionists before
sending out the document. At that time, we also do any special formatting
requirements the client may have asked for.
