Do you think this woman seems to have a pretty good case for sexual harassment here? True or false?
If you thought true, she probably has a solid case, you would be incorrect. Her actions don't show that she was offended or that her performance suffered. She also failed to complain that indeed she was offended by the men's behavior.
She never protested, even though the actions may have been fairly crude, and her job performance apparently wasn't affected.
