How do you think the Court would rule in this case?
A woman works in the office of a small car repair shop where the 12 other employees are men. The men subscribe to sports and automotive magazines that feature scantily clad women in the ads, and they often bring these magazines in, pass them around, and make sexual comments.
They do this in the woman's presence and occasionally compare her with the models. She joins in on at least three occasions, admiring the models' beauty.
Several of the men cut out their favorite pictures and post them at their workstations in the garage, out of sight of the office. The woman performs her job satisfactorily and seems to be comfortable as "one of the boys." At one point, she is even named "Employee of the Month."
After two years in the job, the woman files a sexual harassment lawsuit against the company based on hostile environment.
