Title 7 protects all employees from sexual harassment in a hostile work environment. No one should have to tolerate:
demeaning, humiliating, embarrassing or provocative comments.
being shown lewd photographs or told vulgar jokes.
Or being repeatedly touched, rubbed or brushed up against.
Any of these actions, when they form a pattern of behavior, can be the basis for a claim of sexual harassment.
And if the actions are severe enough to interfere with the victim's ability to perform the job satisfactorily, he or she will probably win.
This concludes Topic 3.
