In everyday language, it is illegal for an employer not to hire or fire someone, or to in any other way, make a judgment about a person, about the person's salary or working environment, or is in any way limited at work, the person's title and position because of race, color, religion, sex or birth country, restrict separate, or group people at work, so that a person is, or might be prevented, or is in any way limited at work.

So bear in mind that Title 7 does not make it illegal to talk to, flirt with, even have a sexual relationship with someone you work with.
