Here's an example, man speaking to a woman:
"Please turn to the left and stick out your chest."
But the same action in a different situation may not constitute harassment. It depends on the whole pattern of behavior.
For example, a male photographer could ask a female being photographed to "turn to the left and stick out your chest" without creating a hostile environment.
