But each claim of sexual harassment due to hostile environment must be judged on the facts of the particular situation. A particular action in one workplace may be sexual harassment.

Here's an example, man speaking to a woman:

"Please turn to the left and stick out your chest."

But the same action in a different situation may not constitute harassment. It depends on the whole pattern of behavior.

For example, a male photographer could ask a female being photographed to "turn to the left and stick out your chest" without creating a hostile environment.
